About these terms

This website, mizaiq.tech, is operated by Miza (ميزة), a team based in Baghdad, Iraq. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What the website is for

The website presents Miza, the services we offer and examples of our work, and gives you a way to contact us. Nothing is sold through it and it takes no payments.

MizaOS is separate

The website describes MizaOS, Miza’s platform for venues. MizaOS itself, and any agreement to use it, are governed by separate terms provided with it. These terms do not give anyone access to MizaOS. MizaOS is in active development, and the features available vary from venue to venue.

Inquiries, quotations and consultations

Sending an inquiry, a quotation request or an event consultation request does not create a contract and does not commit you or Miza to anything. A quotation is an estimate for discussion until both sides agree terms in writing. A preferred consultation time is a request: a consultation is arranged only once Miza contacts you to confirm a time.

Please give accurate details, and send only information you are entitled to share. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy.

Using the website

You may browse and read the website, share links to it and contact us through it. You may not:

• interfere with the website’s operation or security, or try to reach parts of it that are not public;
• send automated, bulk or false inquiries, or use the forms to send advertising;
• upload or send harmful code;
• use the website for anything unlawful, or to impersonate another person or organisation.

Miza’s name, brand and content

The Miza name, logo, mark, slogan, design and the website’s text and graphics belong to Miza or are used with permission. You may not copy or adapt them, or use Miza’s name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with or endorsement by Miza, without our written permission. Sharing links and short quotations with attribution is welcome.

Third-party content and links

Screenshots of MizaOS are captured from a demo environment and may show content that belongs to others, such as game artwork, album covers and the names of products. That content remains the property of its owners, and its appearance does not mean that they endorse Miza or are connected with it.

Links that open other services, such as your email or phone app, are outside our control, and those services’ own terms apply.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about Miza and may change. It is not professional advice for your business. Figures shown in product screenshots are demo data.

We cannot promise that the website will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Miza is not responsible for loss arising from use of the website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
